Transforming a Lead‑Gen Agency with White‑Label Digital Strategy & Integrated Campaign Success
The Context & Challenge
I was engaged as a white-label marketing consultant by a prominent New Business Development and Telemarketing Agency. The agency was looking to transition from offering pure lead generation services to providing comprehensive, integrated digital marketing solutions to their client base.
The dual objective was to modernise the marketing agency and commercial offerings, and successfully deliver client projects across a diverse range of high-value sectors. This included B2B technology solution providers targeting the Insurance and Banking, Finance, Regulatory, Manufacturing (Air purification systems, Medical device sterilisation), Corporate and Higher Ed Training, and Creative Agency sectors.
My Strategy & Execution
• Agency Service Productisation: I designed the framework to expand the agency's offerings by launching 3 new services, modernising its online presence across the website, optimising SEO, writing/publishing 20+ thought leadership pieces, and executing social media campaigns. I built the supporting infrastructure, which included creating new pitch decks, calculating internal ROI delivery, revising Statement of Work (SOW) contracts, and writing the agency’s official GDPR Privacy Policy.
• Integrated Client Campaigns (ABM & Digital): For the agency’s end-clients, I localised brand messaging for cultural nuances to penetrate emerging markets seamlessly, developing and executing comprehensive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting board-level decision-makers across the financial & regulatory technology, educational technology and specialised healthcare manufacturing sectors. This combined CRM mass uploads and lead list generation with multi-touchpoint email campaigns and social media broadcasting across LinkedIn and X (Twitter).

Through a cohesive blend of digital strategy, CRM management, and targeted outreach, the marketing agency drove transformative commercial and digital growth across the client portfolio. Outcomes for the agency in developing new business included:
